& Design

I worked in a blended group of Museum Studies and Visual Communications students to develop concept for a space at the CANDLES Holocaust Museum. The ability to work through the exhibit development process for a real space, and consider the physical constraints as if the exhibit would be installed was a huge, semester-long undertaking. The strength of the final product came from working on a mixed-discipline team.

 

We conducted site visits, stayed in touch with some of their gracious staff, and spent many late nights hammering out details in studios and conference rooms at the Herron School of Art.
