The major team project of my Museum Administration course was producing a strategic plan for the Indiana State Police Museum with the idea that the museum might adopt the best recommendations to guide their next institutional steps.

 

Our final proposal included strategic goals, a five year plan, an environmental scan, benchmarking data, and more. My primary role was to manage communications between our team and the museum's representative.
